208/365 - My VERY FIRST wedding!!

The stress was pretty crazy and I was a tad too hot most of the day.

Specially when being thanked for taking photos when I was stressing they would be no good :/

But pretty sure I got a few good ones now.

AND I'm playing about making my own Water mark. So my first image is a little tester.

What do you guys think??

And of course my bride, Lisa, took full advantage of my multi-talented hands!

Which made me feel much more relaxed. Bridal hair makes me a little stressed but I'm confident in the knowledge that I can provide a fabulous service.

Whilst Lisa was getting ready with 4 young bridesmaids it was obviously not the quietest of atmospheres. I love this image of her daughter, Molly, enjoying watching her Mummy looking like a princess.

Admiring her...so sweet.

Lisa told me her favourite pictures of her self are either really natural or blurry. We went for blurry here and...

Natural here :)

Thanks to the lovely Rissa for having me as her plus one.

We made a fabulous man and wife.
We decided upon me being the nagging wife and Rissa being the angry male!

Big thanks again Mr and Mrs Hunter for trusting me on your precious day. It was such a wonderful experience.

You had the perfect day, it really flowed, entertaining, beautiful and most importantly LOVED UP!!

Much loves

Arthurs favourite way to get about is to make as much noise with his hands as possible.

Just so happens that these symbols make a great sound and help him to be noisier than usual!

204/365

Amelie had her last day of nursery. I didn't really think about how this might feel until the morning when I dropped her off and told her it was her last day and to be on her best behaviour.
Walking to pick her up I got a huge lump in my throat. One of those 'someones just punched you in the neck' painful ones. I'm so glad she was accepted into a placement at the same school she has spent all her nursery time. The teachers have been lovely and always helpful. I will miss dropping her off at that door but we wont be far and she will get to see a lot of her friends that were accepted. Even some of her nursery teachers will be TA in Reception next year :)

205/365

Arthurs tiny little squishy legs were lost in daddy's boots. It's funny to see him in all this daddy gear but I hope I don't see him as a grown man in this stuff :( The stress Martins parents must go through every time he goes on tour must be heart breaking.
Stay home and be safe my little man.

206/365

We've done some face painting this week too with play dates. Aren't my skills endless!!

202/365

Awww my gorgeous lady had her dance show. She makes me so proud standing up in front of everyone and showing us her funky moves.

Mummy and Daddy are muchos proud! Well done Amelie.

203/365

I had another newborn session!

Harry took a little time to get to sleep but after 4 pee's, a lot of blanket manoeuvring and a little bit of cuddling he was finally out for the count and was a total dream. He was so chilled out in this position.

And with those gorgeous kissable lips no doubt he will grow to be every bit as handsome as his brother.

Thank you so much Lyndsey for allowing me in your home and to capture those precious first images for you. I look forward to seeing this little man again in a few months ;)

Another fantastic day at Osmotherly.

I love spending time with all my family (dogs included).

Everyone's relaxing and enjoying the sun. Even swimming in the reservoir was fabulous. It reminded me of happy childhood memories.

Arthur was so rocking the daddy t-shirt. Love seeing all these faces smiling :)

Amelie had her very first sports day!

199/365

I was so proud and she did so well. I cheered for her and her friends. And although there wasn't any medals or winners all the kids had a fantastic time. Some with a few "excitable" parent's!

I try my best to be honest in all my blogging. But sometimes it's hard to let too much of your guard down.
Every family has to deal with difficult situations or rough periods in their lives.
At the moment we have a few stressful things going on.
But although they drive me slightly crazy my kids help me to smile.
Not only them but good friends do too.

Arthur was hilarious making sand angels, must be practising for all that snow!

I have tried so many time trying to make Arthur walk with one hand and here is Carla strolling around with a one handed walk! I'm so proud of him and glad that he trusted his Auntie Carla to do it with.

She is so good with my children, I'm sure she's my guardian angel. I won't hear from her for ages and then if I need her she's just there. To babysit or for maybe labours! Or just a day out in the park with my miserable face. You and your gorgeous girls really picked me up, so thanks.

I should say a special thanks to Millie for her pure craziness.
She may not thank me for releasing details , but she's VERY funny!

Some times you just need to be by yourself. Me time is not something I really enjoyed before having children. You're so quickly forgotten when you have children. Nobody asks your name anymore, they ask for your child's. They don't ask how you are they ask about your child. New people you meet are through your children so your just Amelie's mum.

We love our children and would do anything for them. BUT it's important to remember who YOU are. What YOU want.

Often there isn't time to be by yourself at home. So I walked Poppy and Rocky on this gorgeous summer night. It's not dark, there is lots of other dog walkers.

Even living on Europe's biggest housing development I can still find my little bit of nature.

Peaceful. Green. Fresh. Just me (and the dogs)

Little Arthur looks majorly cute in his daddy beret.

It makes me feel proud but also a little bit sad to think my little boy will grow up one day and he may want to follow the same path as his daddy.

I have have massive respect for what my husband and fellow soldiers do but it doesn't make me want to send my little man off to do the same. I hope Arthur will make me proud in other (less dangerous) ways. Thankfully hubby agrees so there shouldn't be much fighting about that :)

197/365

Poor Amelie and her friend had a bit of an accident which involved a trampoline, 2 heads and 2 4 year olds trying to lift each other. She had a HUGE egg sized lump on her head and wanted lots of love. Of course. But that's when having 2 children makes things difficult. Arthur was tired and grumpy and a pest. But he saw his big sister crying and went over for some cuddles to her. It wasn't a very long one so I didn't catch it. But it was still very sweet.

This sun is just amazing!! I hope it will last all summer :)

Rocky is enjoying getting out and about on walks. But with him being slightly flighty we like to sit in the same place, throw the ball and tickle the grass. Arthur spent a lot of time picking grass and flowers with the occasional tasting.

194/365

Thanks to my wonderful friend, Jan, we got to have a family day out to see Mr Bloom's Nursery at Stewarts Park. We had such a fantastic time. Free days out are the BEST days!

You may recognise this handsome chap from previous posts? And then with him is my lovely husband ;)

195/365

We went to one of our favourite places. Osmotherley. It was such a great day. Amelie found friends to play with and Arthur was waist deep in the water, wanting to go deeper. Even Rocky had his first swim. Not of his own doing though I had to hold him in the water. But he kept coming back for more.

Outdoors is the best place for a child to play. And when the sun shines like this in England EVERYONE goes out!

 196/365

Remember to put on that Factor 50!! Red blistered children is a horrible sight!

Ha ha ha I love this face. Whilst I load my pictures on to the computer, Amelie watches and just laughed at this one I thought it must be a winner!
Licking up all that dinner!

190/365

Although I think it's fantastic that my little man is on the move, it also makes me feel very sad :(

He's growing up so quickly, he breaks my heart just a little.

But I am very proud of him...and then Amelie will start Reception in September!!! Ahh!! OK time to move on from this, too much emotions to deal with :(

191/365

This is from the iPad. Any time you get it out he gets involved with those cute little fingers.
Isn't his face just edible?!

192/365

I'm working hard tonight catching up on blogging and emails. So whilst I work Amelie is chilling out in my bed. Making me feel very jealous, so that's it for now.
I'm off to jump in to bed with my little girl who drives me insane all through the day at the minute, so much needed cuddle time.

193/365

Goodnight. And lets all hope this sun stays ALL summer!!

186/365 - My very first Newborn shoot :)

Baby Liam was a dream, perfect for my first newborn. He settled easily for me even though my children were trying to get involved! And there was a bit of poop to deal with...makes me think not to wear my wedding ring next time :/

It was amazing to finally meet him and be able to snuggle and feed him, little piggy he is!
He had a bit of an unlucky start to life but thankfully now he is doing well.
Now he's safe with his mummy to look after him :)

I'm still practising on my editing. But I hope these are OK for you Carissa.
Thank you sooo much for letting me practise on your gorgeous little man.

Congratulations Carissa, Lee, Jake and Eva.
Much loves xxxx

It very much depends on where and who the clients are to how Arthur behaves.

Sometimes I can't get anything done and he climbs up my leg the whole time. But when there is 4 maternal women eager for a cuddle of him he's the easiest to work with!

Thank you very much to the ever so helpful Potto ladies!

187/365

Arthur snuggling with one of his pooches. Rocky is fantastic now at not biting so much. Arthur crawled over him to get into the bed and then lay, cuddle and kiss with him. Well done Rocky!

188/365

This is after some more fun in the sun with a little bit of naked paddling pool action.
Amelie came to dry herself in the sun. Which made Arthur want to get out and come for snuggles with her. It was so sweet. It's so wonderful to see Arthur getting to the age where he can tell you what he wants a bit better and he can reach his arms out for a cuddle from Mummy, Daddy or even his big sister.

189/365

How fabulous is all this sun! I LOVE IT!!!

182,183,184,185/365

Wow sorry guys hadn't realised it's been a week since i posted :/

Sunday shopping for vegetables.
Amelie picked out all the best vegetables for my lovely Beef and Ale stew I make. Mmm we all love it and I didn't fail this time either :)

182/365

My little darlings play nice together. I really hope that they will grow up to be those brothers and sisters that don't fight :) I know that they will stand up for each other but I hope they will share and play nice. It's a bit tricky with Arthur still because he can't understand how to share yet. So poor Amelie wants to play with something then he wants to come across and grab it off her. She is very good at either giving him it or getting him something else to play with.
Being the best big sister as she is :)

183/365

Arthur really gets in to everything! His new favourite thing to do, when he has a bit of spare time on his hands, is to empty all my kitchen cupboards and if he fancies it sometimes he has a little climb in! I don't even know how he manages to lift all those pans out!

184/365

We had a little walk out and drive through the bushes. Arthur loves going through trees and leaves tickling him. His gorgeous little fingers grabbing these flowers is just so sweet. It took me ages to decide which one I wanted. Munchable little fingers!!

181/365 - Martin Medal Parade

Yey, Daddys medal parade! The kids were fabulous waiting for an hour for it to start. Endless flag waving and using them as weapons really helped to pass the time.

Seeing my very own soldier in his Number 2's, looking very dapper, makes me feel immensely proud.
We've only seen him march twice, it's not a regular thing (like I would like it to be, the husband doesn't agree)
It's a shame that we sometimes take for granted our real heroes, but today the crowds were shouting and cheering for them.

We got a picture of us all together with the Mummy in law and Auntie Jackie :)

Then I took over and with them all doing either a silly face, looking somewhere else or having their eyes closed it was hard to choose.

So for you Connors I have picked out the one that actually made me laugh out loud. Each person on this has either found something better to look at or being crazy. I don't even know what Auntie Jackie is doing?! But non the less it made me chuckle as you always do!

WOOOHOOO DADDY/HUSBAND!! We love you very much and you make us so very proud.

Lots of Love your very own family xxxxxxxxxx
